Cleaning That Matters.
People Who Actually Care.

No call centre, no rotating account managers, no big-chain scripts. Just a Portsmouth-founded team, DBS-checked and logged on every visit, still small enough to answer when you call.

Why Portsmouth Businesses Use Seawolf Instead

Not because we're the biggest. Because we're the ones who turn up.

The same face, every visit

DBS-checked, assigned to your site, not a rotating cast of strangers holding a key to your building. You'll always know in advance if that ever changes.

Direct accountability, not a call queue

Requests and changes go to a single point of contact who is directly responsible for your contract, not passed between departments or account managers.

Products that don't trade shine for air quality

Dilution and product choices that don't leave your office smelling like a swimming pool, or your staff asking what's in it.

Actually from Portsmouth

Not a call centre in another county. If something's wrong, you're talking to someone who can walk over and look at it themselves.

From Site Survey to Ongoing Management

Six stages, from the first site visit through to ongoing account management once you're live, run through the same system Seawolf uses to manage its own team.

01

Site Survey

We walk the actual site with you, not a floor plan emailed over. Awkward corners, access points and existing issues get flagged in person, not discovered on visit one.

02

Spec & Schedule, in Writing

Scope, frequency and standards go into a written specification before anything starts, so what "clean" means isn't up for renegotiation in month three.

03

A Cleaner Matched to Your Site

A DBS-checked cleaner is assigned to your site specifically, not whoever's free that morning, with advance notice built in if leave or illness ever means a change.

04

Day One, Live

Your first clean runs against the written spec, logged the same way every visit after it will be: time and location verified from the very first day.

05

One Number, Ongoing

A named contact to call to adjust the schedule, add a one-off, or flag something that's not right, not a call centre queue.

06

Continuous Site Management

The account doesn't go quiet after go-live. Visit history and site audits are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so standards are tracked over time, not just promised once.

Every Visit Accounted For

This isn't a paper schedule someone hopes gets followed. Every contract runs on the same operations system Seawolf uses to manage its own team.

GPS-verified clock in and out

Every visit is logged with a verified time and location, so there's a real record of when your site was cleaned, not an assumption.

RAMS & COSHH on file

Risk assessments, method statements and COSHH records are kept on file and available on request for your facilities or compliance team.

Visit history in your client portal

Every visit, date and on-site note is logged and visible to you directly, not something you have to email and ask for, useful for landlords, managing agents and facilities audits.

Lone worker safety check-ins

Early-morning and late-evening cleaners check in and out through the same system, so someone always knows they're safe and on-site.

Photo evidence on request

Before-and-after photos or a flagged issue can be logged against the visit, useful when something needs a second pair of eyes.

Written specification, not a verbal promise

What's included and how often is recorded against your contract, so the standard doesn't quietly drift over time.

Before You Get in Touch

Yes. Every cleaner assigned to a contract has a DBS check completed before their first visit, which matters for offices, HMOs and any site with restricted access.

Both. Deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and Airbnb turnovers are booked as one-offs or on a recurring booking calendar. Office and commercial cleaning is normally set up as a scheduled contract.

Portsmouth, Southsea, Cosham, Portchester, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Waterlooville, Hayling Island, Emsworth and Horndean. If you're just outside this list, ask, coverage is still growing.

After the free site walkthrough, most contracts start within one to two weeks, sooner for one-off and Airbnb turnaround bookings depending on the current schedule.

Yes, Seawolf holds public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request for procurement and facilities teams, and once you're a client, insurance documentation sits in your client portal alongside your visit history, so you're not chasing an email for it every renewal.

No, not by design. The same DBS-checked cleaner is assigned to your site for the length of the contract, not a rotating cast that changes week to week. The only exception is leave or illness, and if that ever happens you're told in advance rather than finding out when someone unfamiliar turns up.

No. The written spec you get after the walkthrough sets out exactly what's included and the price for it. If you ask for something extra later, like an additional visit, that's agreed and priced upfront before it happens, never added to an invoice as a surprise.

Tell your named contact and we'll come back and put it right, that's part of the contract, not a favour. Recurring issues get raised at the review point built into your spec rather than left to quietly slide. Read more on how we handle it if you're curious about the process.
