Referral programme
Know a business that needs cleaning? Earn 10% of its first 3 months.
Introduce an office, school, surgery, shop or holiday let that needs a reliable cleaner. If it becomes a Seawolf client, we pay you 10% of everything it pays us for its first 3 months. Anyone can refer, and there’s no limit.
What you could earn
How it works
- 1
Ask them first
Check the business is happy for us to get in touch. That’s the law, and it makes the first call easy.
- 2
Tell us about them
Fill in the form below. It takes two minutes. We contact them, mention you, and offer a free site walkthrough.
- 3
They become a client
We write a clear specification and fixed price. No pressure: if it isn’t right for them, that’s fine.
- 4
You get paid
Once they’ve paid their third month’s invoice, we pay you 10% of those 3 months by bank transfer within 30 days.
Refer a business
The fair-play rules, in short:
- Only refer people who know you and agreed to hear from us
- No bought lists or cold contacts
- If you post about this publicly, label it as an ad (#ad)
- Existing clients and businesses already talking to us don’t count
- First referral we receive wins
Questions
Who can refer?
Anyone: clients, suppliers, people you meet networking, friends. You don’t need to be a Seawolf client.
How much will I get?
10% of what the business pays us for its first 3 months of cleaning, excluding VAT. A contract worth £800 a month earns you £240. For a one-off job, such as a deep clean, you get 10% of that job.
When am I paid?
By bank transfer within 30 days of the business paying its third month’s invoice, or its only invoice for a one-off job. We email you to ask for your bank details then.
What if they don’t become a client?
Then there’s nothing to pay, and nothing for you to do. We never pass on what was said between us and them.
Does the business have to agree?
Yes. Only send us their details if they know you’re doing it and are happy for us to get in touch. When we contact them, we’ll say you passed their details on.
What doesn’t count?
A business that is already our client, or that we were already talking to before your referral. If two people refer the same business, the first referral we receive counts.
Do I pay tax on it?
It may count as income, so check with your accountant. We’ll send you a note of every payment.
